Overview
The way projects are planned, tracked, and delivered is changing fast — and AI is at the heart of that transformation. The Bonvalet Academy PM TechLab is a high-impact, 2½-day intensive course designed for project leaders who want to master the latest project management tools and AI-driven capabilities. Participants will explore the current technology landscape, work hands-on with best-in-class technology tools and solutions, and develop practical skills to deploy these tools immediately in their workplace.
Through live demonstrations, guided lab exercises, and collaborative scenario challenges, you’ll gain first-hand experience with AI-assisted planning, automation, and reporting. The program culminates in team presentations and a facilitated review of tool strengths, weaknesses, and adoption strategies — so participants graduate with the ability to leverage technology and AI tools immediately upon course completion.
