PMP® Prep Swarm Course (October 2025)

Harness the hive. Pass the exam.

Course Description

Most online PMP prep courses promise quick memorization through endless videos and quizzes. The Bonvalet Academy PMP Prep Swarm takes a different approach. This is a collaborative, story-driven learning experience where the hive itself becomes the teacher. Instead of passively watching slides, participants research, present, and process the concepts that will appear on the exam.

Over four weeks, the cohort builds shared frameworks, mnemonics, and study tools, making the material stick in ways the typical prep course can’t. Presenters illustrate their topics with real-world project examples and case studies, so abstract exam content gets grounded in practical context. Every session ends with discussion and practice questions, reinforcing understanding through peer exchange rather than rote memorization.

The result: exam readiness that’s deeper, more durable (and, yes, more fun!). Participants leave not only prepared to pass the PMP, but also with practical insight they can use immediately in their careers and a network of contacts for support, advice, and added perspective.

Course Structure

  • Duration: 4 weeks (8 live sessions, 2 hours each)
  • Delivery: Virtual (Zoom) with recordings available for review
  • Format:
    • 2-3 peer-led presentations each session
    • Group discussion + Q&A
    • Shared study artifacts (frameworks, mnemonics, case examples)
    • Weekly quizzes + one full-length mock exam

Learning Platform & Resources

PMP Prep Swarm is powered by the Bonvalet Academy Learning Management System (LMS). Participants gain access to a growing bank of PMP-style exam questions with instant scoring and feedback after each session, helping to identify strengths and weaknesses across the three PMP domains. The LMS also houses shared study resources including frameworks, mnemonics, and case-based examples — created collaboratively by each cohort.

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the LMS. While live participation is highly recommended for collaboration and real-time Q&A, participants can review sessions at their convenience and revisit key concepts as they prepare for exam day.
